Most or all products offered by Sleepy Face Studio and Bol Egg are pre-order items. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Production Time – All pre-order items require manufacturing time. Production and shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary.
- Delays – Delays in production, factory schedules, customs, or shipping do not qualify for refunds, as they are outside our control.
- Mock-Up Disclaimer – Product images may be mock-ups. Final products may vary slightly in color, material, embroidery, print position, stitching, or shape due to manufacturing processes.
- All Sales Final for Pre-Orders –
• No cancellations after purchase.
• No refunds except for defective items upon arrival. - Address Responsibility – Customers are fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Incorrect addresses leading to lost or returned parcels are not eligible for refunds.
- Chargebacks –
Filing a chargeback for any reason other than non-delivery of the product after production completion and shipment is considered fraudulent. Sleepy Face Studio reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with full proof of order fulfillment. - Customs & Import Fees –
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Refusal to pay customs charges does not qualify for refunds.
