Shipping Locations

Bol is going global! We ship to most countries, though some spots are currently off-limits due to shipping restrictions. If your address doesn’t work at checkout, it means we can’t reach you just yet!

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Processing occurs Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • You will receive an email once your order is on its way. Please note that our Standard Shipping method does not always include a tracking number. For orders where tracking is available, the link may take up to 72 hours to become active.

Shipping Times

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination.

  • Please allow for additional time for customs clearance and unforeseen international postal delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes.

  • If a package is refused by customs and returned to Bol, we will refund the product cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • Once a package is in the courier’s care, Bol is not responsible for delivery delays or courier errors.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. To help us process your claim, you must include clear photos of both the damaged product and the original shipping envelope/packaging.

  • Time Limits for Claims: Because standard shipping does not always include delivery tracking, we rely on the original shipment date. All claims for damaged, lost, or missing packages must be submitted no later than 60 days from the date of your shipping confirmation email. Claims made after this 60-day window cannot be processed.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Bol is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address entry.

  • If a package is returned to us due to address errors, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

Pre-Orders

  • We recommend ordering pre-order and in-stock items separately.

  • If purchased together, your entire order will ship only when all items (including pre-orders) are available.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
