Where do you ship?
We ship globally. If you don’t see your country at checkout, contact us and we’ll assist you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do I have to pay customs/taxes?
Yes — any import taxes, customs fees, tariffs (including USA) or VAT/taxes (including Europe) are the responsibility of the customer. Bol Egg does not cover these fees.
How long does shipping take?
After production, shipping usually takes 2–3 weeks. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
No — all orders, including pre-orders, cannot be cancelled or changed at any time, even before shipping. Please review our Refund Policy and Terms of Service before placing your order.
Didn’t get a confirmation email?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If still missing, contact us at support@bolegg.com.
Received a damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives broken or incorrect, email support@bolegg.com with photos and details. We will review your case and do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Pre-Orders & Limited Items
What is a pre-order?
Pre-orders let you secure a Bol before it’s produced. All Bol Eggs are limited edition, so pre-order to ensure you get yours.
How long will pre-orders take to arrive?
Pre-orders are open for 2-3 weeks. Once the pre-order period closes, production begins and typically takes 30–40 days. After production, shipping usually takes 2–3 weeks. Tracking information will be sent once your Bol ships.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
No — pre-orders are final. Please see our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for details

What materials are used for Bol products?
We use only the best quality materials for all Bol products, including plushies, clothing, and accessories, to ensure your Bol feels soft, durable, and long-lasting.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or swap my Bol?
Because Bol Eggs are limited, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
What if my Bol is defective?
Contact us at support@bolegg.com with photos and details. We will review your case and do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
